Antes de nada... ¡¡FELIZ NAVIDAD!! Espero que esteis disfrutando de las fiestas, que comais mucho y que haya muchos regalos!

Voy subiendo trabajitos a paso de tortuga..necesito días de más horas!! Si alguien tiene el truco de la organización perfecta por favor que me lo pase, porque ultimamente no me da tiempo de ná.

Esta página la hice por encargo para regalar, me han dicho que los destinatarios quedaron muy contentos, así que yo feliz. ¡Espero que os guste!

I'm updating so slowly...I need more hours in my days! If somebody knows the perfect organization method please tell me :)

I made this layout for a gift, and the recivers liked it so I'm very happy. Hope you like it too!

Los papeles son de Bo Bunny (Timepiece). Los circulos están cortados a mano y para el cosido usé la herramienta Sew Easy.

Papers are from Bo Bunny (Timepiece). The circles were hand cut and I used my Sew Easy tool for the stitching.

Los relojes son recortes de los papeles, y las ruedas dentadas las corté con la cricut en grungeboard, Las pinté con un dabber de color espresso y les di una capa de pintura craquelada rock candy.

The clocks are cutouts from the papers, and the gears were cut with my cricut on grungeboard. I paind them with espresso dabber and applied crackle paint rock candy.

Las flores son de Petaloo y la cinta de una mercería del barrio. El título es un recorte de la colección.

Flowers are from Petaloo, and the ribbon is from my stash. The title is a cut out from the collection.

La llave es un troquel de Marianne Designs. La pinté con dabber Espresso y tinta distress Walnut Stain. El arabesco está hecho con grungeboard cortado en la cricut, lo pinté con dabber Snow Cap y entinté los bordes con Walnut Stain. La flor es de Zva.

The key is a die from Marianne Designs for the Big Shot. I painted it with Espresso Dabber and Distress ink Walnut Stain. Flower is from Zva, and the swirl was made out of grungeboard with my cricut. Then I painted it with Snow Cap Dabber and inked the edges with Walnut Stain.

En cuanto vi la paleta #87 de The Color Room tuve claro qué papeles usar, los colores eran perfectos! Y decidí hacer una página de mi gato, que al pobre nunca le hago nada. La verdad es que el resultado lo veo un poco sosote, no me acaba de convencer. Quería hacerla un poco menos recargada que de costumbre pero para mí que me he quedado corta...en fin, lo que importa es que mi pequeñufo ya tiene dos layouts sobre él y espero ir haciéndole más. Gracias por visitarme!

 

When I saw The Color Room palette #87 I knew which papers I'd use, the colors were perfect! And I decided to make a layout about my cat because sadly I never do projects about him. Actually, I'm not very happy with how it turned out...I think it's a bit plain. I wanted it to be more "clean&simple" but maybe I should have added more details. Anyway,  now my lovely cat has two layouts about him and I hope to make more. Thanjs for looking!!

Los papeles son de MME (Lost& Found 2) ¡preciosos!. Usé la big shot y dos troqueles, uno de Nellie Snellen y otro de Spellbinders, para hacer las blondas. Los bordes los envejecí todos con el distressador de papel y tinta distress Walnut Stain. En el papel de fondo que asoma entre los rasgados estampé un sello de Prima.

Las hojas están hechas también con la big shot y dos troqueles de Marianne Designs. El cosido está hecho con el Sew Easy de We r Memory Keepers e hilo de bordar teñido con glimmer mist Turquoise Blue.

Papers are from MME (Lost& Found 2), they're gorgeus!!. I used my big shot and two dies, one from Nellie Snellen and the other from Spellbinders, to make the doilies. I used my paper distressed and distress ink Walnut Stain to distress all the edges. The blue background paper was stamped with a Prima brick stamp. 

I used my big shot to make the leaves too, with a Marianne Designs' die; and the sew easy tool (We r Memory Keepers) for the stitching. The floss was white and I misted it with glimmer mist Turquoise Blue.




Las letras son Thickers que pinté con un dabber blanco (snow cap), y he usado foam dots para darles volumen.

Los dos globos están recortados con la cricut en cartulina kraft, pegando varias capas para darles grosor. Este globo lo pinté con dabber blanca y lo entinté dejando algunas zonas con distress Scattered Straw; por último le eché crakle accents.

Both hot air balloons were cut in kraft cardstock with my cricut and layered to make faux chipboard. I painted this one with my white dabber and inked i with distress ink Scattered Straw, leaving some parts white. Finally, I applied a coat of crackle accents. 

 

Mini 16 días de Navidad/ Mini 16 days of Christmas

Seguramente ya conocereis la canción "12 days of Christmas", verdad? Pues una amiga y yo decidimos hacer nuestra versión escrapera y ampliada: los 16 días de Navidad. La idea consiste en hacer 16 sobres, uno para cada día desde el 22 de diciembre al 6 de enero, y en cada uno de ellos meter un regalito (una cinta, unos brads....). Y  aquí podeis ver el que he hecho, espero que os guste!

I'm sure you know the song "12 days of christmas", right?  This year a friend and I decided to make our own scrapped and extended version: the 16 days of christmas. The idea was to make 16 envelopes, one for each day from 22nd December until 6th January, and put a small gift into them (ribbon, brads...). And here's mine! hope you like it!









Como eran muchos sobres decidí separalos en dos minis: uno para diciembre y otro para enero. Hice una cajita que contiene uno de los minis, cuando se acaba diciembre se puede sacar y meter el mini de enero en la caja.

La cajita tiene un bolsillo, y cada mini tiene una página de acetato que va dentro del bolsillo para mantenerlo bien sujeto en la caja.

Since there were many envelopes I decided to make two separated minibooks: one for december and one for january. I made a small box wich contains one of the minibooks; when the month finishes you can pull out the december minibook and insert the january minibook into the box.

The box has a pocket and both the minibooks have an acetate page wich slides into the pocket.

 







Los sobres están hechos con cartulina texturizada y forrados con papel estampado. Añadí algunos adornos navideños y el número correspondiente a cada día.

The envelopes were made out of textured cardstock and covered with patterned paper. I added a few christmas embellishments and the number of the corresponding day.
