Sweet little one

Llevaba tiempo ya queriendo usar la colección Sunkiss de Prima, es tan bonita! y cuando vi la paleta 112 de The Color Room me pareció que era perfecta, sólo había que añadir algunos toques de rojo y listo! así que me puse a ello,y  este es el resultado. El de la foto es mi chico de bebé

I've been wanting to make something with Sunkiss collection (Prima) since it came out, it's so pretty!! when I saw The Color Room's palette 112 I thought that, adding a few red details, it was perfect. So this is my layout, hope you like it! The baby on the photo is my boyfriend :)

Para el fondo usé gesso siguiendo una técnica propuesta por Olga. Casi todos los adornos están cortados con la silhouette cameo, menos el biberón y la bici que son sellos embosados con polvos blancos de Stampendous.

For the background I used gesso, following this technique by Olga. Almost every embellishment was cut on my silhouette cameo, except for the baby bottle and the bike which are stamps. I embossed them with Stampendous white embossing powder.

La flor roja está pintada con acrílica y las azules con glimmer mist turquoise blue. La cámara está pintada con acrílica también y está hecha con la cameo y la técnica de falso chipboard.

The red flower was painted with acrylic paint, and the blue ones sprayed with turquoise blue glimmer mist. The camera was made with the faux chipboard technique and painted with acrylic paint too.

Engaged/ Prometidos

Como muchas ya sabeis, el mes pasado mi chico me pidió que me casara con él :). Aparte de que fue precioso (claro, qué voy a decir yo), se preocupó de pedirle a un amigo que esperase escondido para hacer fotos porque sabía que me encantaría tenerlas...y scrapearlas,claro! Así que aquí os presento el layout de la pedida, espero que os guste!

Last month my boyfriend asked me to marry him :) It was such a precious moment (of course, I'm a little biased) and he even asked a friend to wait near the place he had chosen, and take photos of the moment, as he knew I'd love to have those photos...and to scrap them! So here's the layout of the proposal, hope you'll like it!

Los papeles son principalmente de la colección Butterfly Garden, de Pink Paislee. Además he usado muchos de otras marcas para recortes (kaiser craft, prima...). En el papel de fondo estampé un sello de textura de prima. El papel verde está embosado con la big shot.

Papers are from Pink Paislee (Butterfly Garden) and I used somemore from other brands for fussy cutting. I stamped a prima stamp on the background paper. The green paper was embossed with the big shot.

La flor blanca es de prima, la rosa es de Petaloo y está entintada con glimmer mist Rose Tea. La verde es de Wild Orchid Crafts: primero la pinté con gimmer glaze verde, después le eché stickles verde también, y por ultimo le di algunos toques con mr. huey's blanco.

The white flower is from Prima, the pink one is from Petaloo and I sprayed it with Rose Tea glimmer mist. The green flower is from Wild Orchid Crafts: first I painted it with green Glimmer Glaze, then used green stickles, and finally I used mr. Huey's (white) to paint some spots.

El título está cortado con la cameo y montado con la técnica del falso chipboard, Después lo entinté con Mix'd Media ink jasmine, distress ink pumice stone y unos toques de walnut stain. Por último, le eché stickles plateados.

I cut the title on my cameo and made the faux chipboard technique. Then I inked it with Mix'd Media ink jasmine, distress ink pumice stone and a little bit of walnut stain. Finally, I used some silver stickles.

Recorté muchísimos motivos de papeles para esta pagina. La pareja está cortada con la cameo y aunque no se aprecia bien lleva distress crackle paint.El violín está cotado también con la cameo, entintado con Mix'd Media ink (de Donna Salazar) truffle y embosado con UTEE.

I did lots of fussy cutting. The couple was cut in my cameo, and maybe you can't appreciate it in the photo, but I used distress crackled paint on it.The violin was cut on my cameo too, I inked it with truffle Mix'd Media ink (from Donna Salazar) and embossed it with UTEE .

 

Mini album Family

Hice este mini para el cumpleaños de mi padre, para darselo acompañando a la clasica corbata. Está hecho con bolsas de papel, y para encuadernarlo usé grungeboard pintado con acrílica negra.La verdad es que montarlo me costó más de lo que esperaba, en los videos de youtube parecía mucho más facil jajajaja. Pero bueno, al final salió  y aquí está el resultado.

I made this mini for my Dad; it's his birthday present along with a tie. It's a paper bag mini, and I used grungeboard for the binding. It seemed easier to make in youtube tutorial videos, I had a hard time making it! But finally I finished it, here's the result.

Los papeles son de una colección de Recollections, de un pack de 48. La flor está hecha a mano y lleva un pebble de Prima. El brad del cierre es de MME. Las letras están cortadas con la cameo y llevan stickles negro.

Papers are from a Recollection's paper pad. The flower is handmade and the pebble is from prima. The brad is from MME. I cu the letters on my cameo and applied a coat of stickles.
